The new harp arrived in a very timely fashion and in
near perfect tune. My wife has been playing a custom harp by another
builder, but it was just too big and uncomfortable for her to play.
I
was suprised this year for Christmas with a 21 bar chromatic Evoharp.
After my first pick/strum I was hooked! The crafstmanship,
the wood combinations and the sounds from this instrument are incredible.
On top of it all, it is one that I can actually play. I have
small hands and have been trying to play the guitar and sometimes
I'm unable to fret the appropriate chords. I love folk,
country and gospel music. It is a blessing to
have full chords at my finger tips. Thank you for providing this
instrument to folks like me. I purchased an EVO harp last year from Chuck and dearly love it. (I have recommended it to others) I had been using an old OS harp for a year with the usual wide buttons. It didn't take me long to get use to the narrower buttons. I like the looks of the narrower buttons. They look more stylish. After I saw my first EVO at the Winter Festival in Irving, TX and all the festivals thereafter, I quickly knew that I needed an EVO Thank you for designing a lighter weight Autoharp. I've been playing it for an hour - it sounds very nice and believe
it or not, it was pretty much in tune after a week in the mail! It
seems very well made and is very beautiful - also so easy to play.
I can tell already it is much easier on my hands, and lighter in weight

My new harp is a complete
joy. What a difference from my other harp. Not only is it beautiful
but the tone is wonderful. The set up of the chord bars is just
perfect. I find myself putting my work aside Evo, the harp just
arrived, and I am delighted with it! Thank you for making such

so convenient to practically anything I can think of that I'd want
to do....it is as rich and clear as I expected I'd have to get a diatonic

My 18-bar Chromatic
Evoharp arrived Monday. It is just beautiful!!! Your craftmanship
is superb. I have never seen an autoharp that comes anywhere
near close to the beauty of this one. Just wanted to let you know that I received my 21 chord Evoharp in wonderful shape and the sound was even more beautiful than I’d remembered (perhaps because it’s mine). Even my husband who is not a musician could hear the difference from my old OS!!! It was almost in perfect tune as well and I love the case—so much more room for music and accessories. What makes the Evoharp different from other autoharps?
* The Evoharp is about the same size as the old "A" model Oscar Schmidt autoharps that were made before they changed the design in the 1970s but it is more attractive and stronger in design.
* The Evoharp is light weight like the old "A" model Oscar Schmidt autoharps.
* The Evoharp has a more sensible chord bar assembly than other autoharps.
